Our building can comfortably accommodate up to 225 guests.

Yes; our Micro Wedding/Elopement package is designed for intimate gatherings of up to 50 guests, with a 4-hour rental (Monday–Thursday, non-holiday) that includes ceremony and reception space and full access to our grounds for photos.

How far in advance should we book the venue?

12-18 months prior to your wedding date is generally the best time to book in terms of availability.

Popular weekend dates go first, so if you already know your season, it's worth checking availability early even before your full plan is set.

Can we use our own caterer, DJ, and décor?

Yes. We provide a preferred vendor list for catering, bar service, and entertainment, plus recommendations for independent decor rental companies, but you're not locked into a single provider.

- A: A non-refundable initial deposit of $2,000 is required to secure your booking. Additional payments are due 90 days and 30 days prior to the event. A $1,000 security deposit will be held and returned if no damages occur.

- A: Yes, event insurance is mandatory and can be obtained through your insurance agent or through our recommended provider.
