Policies and Rules
Capacity and Timing

- A: The venue is available for your use from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM on the day of your event.
- Q: What time must music conclude?
- A: Music must conclude one hour before the end of your event.
Payments and Insurance
- Q: What are the deposit and payment plan requirements?
- A: A non-refundable initial deposit of $2,000 is required to secure your booking. Additional payments are due 90 days and 30 days prior to the event. A $1,000 security deposit will be held and returned if no damages occur.
- Q: Do you require an event insurance policy?
- A: Yes, event insurance is mandatory and can be obtained through your insurance agent or through our recommended provider.
- Q: What types of payments do you accept?
- A: We accept check, money order, Venmo, or Zelle.
- Q: What is your cancellation policy?
- A: The initial deposit is non-refundable. An additional non-refundable deposit is due 90-100 days prior. 75% of rental fees are due and non-refundable 31-89 days prior. The remaining balance is due 30-0 days prior.

- A: Budgets vary greatly, but we have seen ranges from $15,000 to $25,000.
